Partner Disclaimer

Contractual status
Towing partners operate as independent contractors. Before Repo does not employ drivers, does not own trucks and does not operate equipment. Each partner's relationship with Before Repo is governed by the signed Partner Services Agreement (PSA).
Licensing, insurance and compliance
It is the partner's sole responsibility to maintain state towing licenses, recovery permits, garage keepers, on hook, general liability and any other required coverages. The partner must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws on every assigned case.
Case volume
Case volume is not guaranteed. Partner availability in the network is subject to ongoing evaluation of timeliness, documentation quality and lender / borrower feedback.
Payments
Net-7 terms apply to approved invoices that comply with the full documentation protocol. Invoices with incomplete or disputed documentation remain pending until resolved. Before Repo does not bill the borrower on the partner's behalf or the lender on the partner's behalf.
Brand and communication
Partners may not use the Before Repo brand in their own material without written authorization. Communication with borrowers and lenders must follow the sober operational tone defined in the onboarding materials.
