Operational role
Before Repo provides operational coordination services for borrower authorized voluntary returns, including condition documentation, towing partner dispatch, delivery confirmation capture and authorization filing. Before Repo is not a debt collector, law firm, loan payment processor or skip tracing provider.
Limits on warranties
Before Repo does not warrant that the borrower will show up, will maintain the authorization or will refrain from engaging third parties after coordination. Case volumes and timelines depend on partner network availability and on the window agreed with the borrower. Deficiency balances, vehicle defects or disputes from the pre-pickup period are the lender's contractual responsibility with the borrower.
Compliance and multi-tenant isolation
The Lender Portal is multi-tenant; each lender sees only the cases assigned to its organization, as recorded in the internal audit logs. Cross-tenant access is blocked server-side and logged in the LenderAuditLog.
Data, retention and privacy
Borrower data shared by Before Repo with the lender reflects what the borrower consented to. The lender retains its own obligations under applicable Privacy Policy and data protection law (FCRA, GLBA, applicable state law).
Fees and billing
Fees, payment terms and SLAs are governed by the Vendor Services Agreement signed by the parties. In case of divergence between marketing material and the contract, the contract controls.
