How Before Repo Helps You Step by Step
A simple, private and professional path from your first message to the final delivery confirmation.
Free Initial Consultation
We confirm your situation, ask about the vehicle and the lender, and recommend the package that fits. You decide if and when to move forward.
Sign the Authorization
Before any service is scheduled, you review and sign the Vehicle Surrender Authorization Agreement. This protects you and confirms what the service includes.
Lender Return Confirmation
If you do not yet have return instructions, we walk you through what to ask your lender. Once we have the return location, we lock the pickup details.
Pickup and Documentation
Our driver arrives at the agreed time. We photograph the vehicle, record the mileage, note the condition and confirm any personal belongings checklist.
Delivery and Confirmation
We transport the vehicle to the lender return location, capture delivery confirmation and send you the records we collected during the process.
