What exactly does Before Repo do for the Vehicle Rescue Program?

We help coordinate a voluntary vehicle return. That includes the initial consultation, vehicle pickup, photo and mileage documentation, lender return location confirmation and delivery to the return point. We do not negotiate the loan, contact the lender on your behalf or guarantee any outcome with your credit.

Will this protect my credit?

No. A voluntary return may still affect your credit and may still leave a remaining balance with your lender. Before Repo is honest about this. The benefit is that you control the timing, the condition record and the documentation instead of waiting for a forced repossession.

Will Before Repo cancel my loan or my remaining balance?

No. Before Repo is a towing and coordination service. Loan cancellation, deficiency balances and any negotiation are between you and your lender.

How fast can you pick up the vehicle?

Same day or next day pickup is often possible with the Priority package, when our schedule allows. Basic service is usually scheduled within a few business days. Emergency Rescue is for after hours, long distance or complicated cases and we confirm timing during the consultation.

What information do you need from my lender?

Most lenders provide a return location, an authorization for voluntary return and a reference number. If you do not have those yet, we will tell you exactly what to ask for so the process is clean.

How much does it cost?

Basic Vehicle Return Assistance is $300. Priority Vehicle Rescue is $450. Emergency Rescue starts at $650 and is quoted per case. Pricing is confirmed before any work begins.

Do I need to be present during pickup?

Usually yes, so we can hand off the keys, walk through the vehicle together and confirm any personal belongings. If presence is not possible, we coordinate alternatives during the consultation.

What if my vehicle is not drivable or is in a difficult location?

We handle non-drivable vehicles and tricky pickups regularly. Mention it during intake so we bring the right equipment and the right driver.

Will you contact the lender for me?

No. Before Repo does not negotiate or communicate with lenders on your behalf. We only confirm logistics with the return location once you provide the lender instructions.

Is this legal advice?

No. Before Repo provides towing, transportation, coordination support, documentation, pickup assistance and vehicle return assistance only. For legal or credit advice, please consult a licensed attorney or a credit counselor.

How do you handle my personal belongings?

We ask you to remove personal belongings before pickup. The Priority and Emergency packages include a personal belongings checklist that we walk through together at pickup time.

How do I pay for the service?

We send a secure payment link before the pickup is scheduled. Standard payment methods are accepted. We mark the case as Paid in our system once payment clears.
